Ryan Adair

Ryan Adair is an accomplished executive creative professional with extensive experience in leading creative teams and projects across various prestigious companies. Currently serving as the Executive Creative Director at Mother Design since June 2023, Ryan previously held significant roles at R/GA, including Group Creative Director and Creative Director, from January 2020 to June 2023. Prior creative leadership positions include Creative Director at Gretel, Global Design Director at Nike, and Creative Director at Bruce Mau Design. Additionally, Ryan has contributed as Associate Creative Director at Red Peak and Senior Designer at The Partners, among other roles. An academic background includes a Master's degree in Communication Design from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art and Spanish from the University of Nevada, Reno.
