Kylee Souders

Kylee Souders has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Research Assistant at Boise State University from December 2017 to December 2019. During this time, they collaborated in a team-based environment to identify mathematic education trends through data analysis and participated in regular meetings to discuss research aspects. Kylee also recorded data in the university database using the Dedoose program.

In 2020, Kylee joined Wiles Law as an Estate Plans Manager, where they communicated with clients and vendors, offered strategic solutions to problems, and enhanced partnerships. Kylee also reviewed and presented matters at weekly firm meetings and developed polished legal documents, including business filings and reporting requirements.

Currently, Kylee is working at Mother Earth Brewing Company. Kylee started as a Sales Support Analyst in March 2021 and transitioned to become a Distribution Operations Specialist in April 2022. In August 2022, they were promoted to their current role as a Distribution Operations Manager.

From 2016 to 2019, Kylee Souders attended Boise State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics.
