Stephen Leung

Stephen Leung is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering Services at Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee since August 2012, Stephen has held multiple positions including Director of Manufacturing, Plant Manager, and Production and Engineering Manager. Prior experience includes the role of Site Engineering Manager at Teva Canada Limited and Engineering and Reliability Manager at Cadbury Adams Canada. Stephen began a career in engineering with positions at Adams Brands, where roles included Manufacturing Engineer and Project Engineer across different divisions. Educated at the University of Waterloo with a B.A.Sc in Mechanical Engineering and holding a Masters Certificate in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from York University's Schulich School of Business, Stephen combines technical expertise with a strong focus on operational excellence.
