Yin Jia

Yin Jia currently serves as the Operational Excellence Manager at Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee since May 2016. Prior experience includes roles at Club Coffee as a Process Engineer, where productivity improvements of 37% were achieved through a 12-month process improvement project, and Axiom Plastic as a Program Manager, overseeing quality management and customer relations in the automotive industry. Yin Jia has also worked as a Tutor, Process Engineer at Kraft Foods, and Process Technologist at Stelco. Education includes a Master's Certificate in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Schulich School of Business and a Master of Engineering in Manufacturing from McMaster University.
