Miranda Mortimer

Miranda Mortimer is an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in translation and language services, currently employed at Mother Tongue since April 2023. Previously, Miranda held similar roles at The Translation People from March 2020 to April 2023 and at Cicero Translations from May 2016 to March 2020, where responsibilities included managing client accounts and translation projects. Miranda also gained experience as a Media and Social Media Intern at Livability in July 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Specialized Translation from the University of Westminster (2015-2016) and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, Portuguese, and Latin American Studies from the University of Nottingham (2011-2015), complemented by studies at Universidad de Salamanca and Universidade do Porto. Miranda's foundational education was completed at Tunbridge Wells Girls' Grammar School (2004-2011).
