Hiral Patel

Hiral Patel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Hiral is currently working as a Fractional Chief of Staff at Motherlode Consulting since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Angi as a Senior Manager - Operations & Strategy (Partnerships) from August 2021 to November 2022. Hiral also founded and designed their own company, novases, from November 2017 to December 2021. Hiral held the position of Central Operations Manager, Marketplace at Chowbus from January 2021 to August 2021. Hiral has also worked at Home Chef as a New Product Development Manager from January 2020 to January 2021, and as an Operations Excellence Analyst from January 2019 to January 2020. Hiral gained experience as a Financial Analyst at Pangea Money Transfer from March 2018 to December 2018. Hiral started their career at EY in September 2015, where they worked as a Senior Associate from September 2017 to March 2018 and as an Associate from September 2015 to September 2017. Hiral began their professional journey as an Assurance Intern at EY from June 2014 to August 2014.

Hiral Patel's education history begins in 2011 when they attended the University of Kentucky. From 2011 to 2015, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Finance. During the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree majoring in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.

In 2013, Hiral participated in an education abroad program at Universidad Pablo de Olavide, where they studied International Business. This program lasted for one year.

In terms of additional certifications, Hiral obtained the SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2023.
