Aaprara Mills

Aaprara Mills, M.A., currently serves as the Manager of Victim Services at Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD). With extensive experience in social services, Aaprara has held various roles, including Access and Engagement Supervisor at the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority, where responsibilities included managing staff oversight and developing outreach networks. Aaprara’s background also encompasses program management and clinical case management at organizations such as Building Lives, FIRST TO SERVE INC, Los Angeles Job Corps Center, Guardian House, and Alpha Home Inc. Aaprara possesses a strong educational foundation with a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University and is pursuing a PhD in Business Psychology from The Chicago School.
