Carl McDonald

National Law Enforcement Initiative Manager at Mothers Against Drunk Driving

Carl McDonald worked at Wyoming State Highway Patrol from 1985 to 2006 in various roles such as Safety and Training Supervisor, Division Supervisor, Safety Officer, and Trooper. After retiring, Carl joined MADD in April 2006 and currently holds the position of National Law Enforcement Initiative Manager and National Law Enforcement Initiative Coordinator.
