Jacob Alfaro

Jacob Alfaro has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jacob started their career as a Student Ambassador at Whittier College, where they provided campus tours, scheduled visits for prospective students, and represented the college at college fairs. Jacob then joined Uber as a Retail Specialist, where they communicated the benefits of partnering with Uber to potential drivers and guided them through the onboarding process. Jacob quickly progressed to the role of Assistant Retail Sales Manager, where they led a team and assisted existing Uber partners with account issues. Later, they became an Outreach Innovations Specialist, focusing on outreach programs and initiatives. Jacob then joined Mothership as an Operations Support Specialist, where they provided support and assistance in daily operations. Currently, they are working as a Carrier Procurement Lead at Mothership, leveraging their expertise in procurement and logistics.

Jacob Alfaro attended Schurr High School from 2010 to 2014. Jacob then enrolled at Whittier College and studied Business Administration and Management, General from 2014 to 2017.
