Ajay Baliyan

Ajay Baliyan, FCMA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in treasury and corporate finance roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Finance & Treasury at Motherson Group since May 2021, Ajay specializes in fund raising, credit enhancement, forex management, and surplus funds management. Prior to this, Ajay held various positions at Tata Steel BSL from April 2009 to May 2021, including Manager-Corporate Finance and Deputy Manager-Corporate Finance, focusing on treasury management, corporate finance, and loan servicing. Ajay holds a Master's degree in Costing from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Dav College Muzaffarnagar, and a Bachelor of Commerce from S.D. College Muzaffarnagar.
