Alok Goel

Alok Goel has a strong and diverse work experience in the legal and company secretary field. Alok began their career as a Company Secretary at Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd, where they worked for a decade. Alok then joined Honda Cars India Ltd as a Company Secretary for a brief period. Following this, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co Advocates & Solicitors. Alok then moved on to join Max Ventures & Industries Limited as the Head Legal & Company Secretary, where they worked for six years. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President (Legal) and Company Secretary of Samvardhana Motherson International Limited at Motherson Group.

Alok Goel attended Delhi University from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws - LLB degree in Law. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1997, they studied at the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, obtaining an ICWAI (Intermediate) degree. Alok also attended The Institute of Company Secretaries of India from 1993 to 1996 and completed the ICSI program. Alok Goel's undergraduate education took place at Delhi University from 1990 to 1993, where they received a B.Sc. (Gen. A) degree with a field of study in Physics, Chemistry & Maths.
