Arvind Jha is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and audit management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager at Motherson Group since August 2022, Arvind oversees the consolidation of over 250 legal entities and manages financial reporting and audits. Previously, Arvind held similar roles at Somany Impresa Group and RSPL Group, focusing on accounting operations, budget management, and statutory compliance. Experience at GMR Group involved financial reporting and board presentations, while earlier roles at Fortis Health Management Limited and S.S. Kothari Mehta & Co. provided a strong foundation in corporate finance and statutory audits. Arvind holds a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Diploma in IFRS from ACCA, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Patna University.
