Austin Cross

Austin Cross is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in automotive manufacturing. Currently serving at Motherson Group since November 2018, Austin has held various roles including Operations Manager, Senior Superintendent, and Shift Superintendent, overseeing the production of components for Mercedes/Maybach vehicles such as bumpers, rocker panels, and door panels. Prior experience includes serving as Production Supervisor at Borgers USA Corp, managing BMW GO1/G02 molding and assembly processes, as well as Shift Lead/Supervisor at Grammer Inc, where Austin was involved in commercial vehicle seating production and logistics.
