Balaji Devaraj

Balaji Devaraj is an experienced professional in the engineering field, currently serving as Deputy Manager at Motherson Group since February 2020, leading the Control Automation team in the Design Engineering Department. Prior roles include Assistant Manager at Motherson Group, focusing on SPM programming and electrical circuit verification, as well as Sr. Engineer at SMP Automotive Global, where responsibilities included setting up a new paint shop. Earlier experience includes managing maintenance functions at Motherson Group, programming conveyor systems and heat stacking machines at Foxconn India, and executing HMI programs during an engineering trainee position at Formoplastic Controls. Balaji Devaraj holds a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Pondicherry University and a Diploma in the same field from M.N.G. Polytechnic College.
