Gergely Frey

Gergely Frey currently serves as Executive Vice President and Head of Modules & Polymers Operations for East Europe at Motherson Group since May 2024. Prior to this role, Gergely Frey held various positions at SMR Automotive Global from August 2014 to April 2024, including General Manager, Plant Manager, Interim Plant Manager, and Operations Director, overseeing operations involving 800 employees across injection molding, painting, assembly, maintenance, and process engineering. Between March 2008 and August 2014, Gergely Frey was a Production Area Manager at Johnson Controls Automotive, managing welding, riveting, and e-coating areas with a workforce of 400. Earlier experience includes serving as Quality and Environmental Systems Supervisor, Lean Implementer, and Purchasing Agent at CRH (C. Rob. Hammerstein) from September 1998 to April 2008. Gergely Frey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Project Management from Edutus College, earned between 2010 and 2014.
