Michal Pikus

Michal Pikus has extensive experience in supply chain management and production planning, currently serving as Deputy Plant Manager and Supply Chain Manager at Motherson Group since October 2023. Prior to this role, Michal spent over 17 years at Dr. Schneider Unternehmensgruppe, where responsibilities included Prokurent, Deputy Plant Manager, and various positions in supply chain management and production control. Earlier professional experience includes a role as Project Manager and Lean Manager at DSE Draexlmaier Systemy Elektryczne Sp. z o.o., as well as a production planner position. Michal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Wrocław University of Science and Technology, earned between 1997 and 2001.
