Michelle Shemanski

Michelle Shemanski has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being Vice President of Human Resources at Motherson Group since August 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Faurecia starting in December 2021. From 2019 to 2021, Shemanski served as an Executive Director of Human Resources at Tenneco. Michelle also worked as a Global HR Director at Federal-Mogul Motorparts from 2018 to 2019. Before that, they held various HR roles at R1 RCM, McKesson, BASF, Carrier Corporation, and American Axle & Manufacturing, Inc.

Michelle Shemanski completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Ferris State University in 1999. Michelle then pursued a Master of Science in Administration (MSA) degree with a focus on Human Resources at Central Michigan University from 2003 to 2007.
