Pascal Hoche

Pascal Hoche has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing industry. Pascal is currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Global Production & Process Excellence at Motherson Group since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President Industrial at Samvardhana Motherson Reydel Companies from January 2020 to June 2022.

Pascal also held significant positions at Sogefi Group, where they served as the Chief Operating Officer from January 2019 to December 2019 and as the Group Industrial Director from December 2016 to December 2018.

Before joining Sogefi Group, they worked at Faurecia, where they held various roles including Global Director Industrial Performance from May 2015 to November 2016, Director Operations Eastern Europe from January 2011 to April 2015, and Director Manufacturing Engineering & Strategy Europe from November 2007 to January 2011.

Prior to their tenure at Faurecia, Pascal Hoche had roles at Sommer allibert, serving as the Director Production System Efficiency North and South America from July 1999 to June 2001 and as the Director Lean Manufacturing Europe from September 1997 to June 1999.

At the beginning of their career, Pascal worked as a Production Manager at Saft from October 1988 to August 1997.

Pascal Hoche attended the INSEAD Executive education program in 2003, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Pascal also studied Manufacturing at Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Tarbes - ENIT from 1984 to 1987.
