Kerstin Gerdes

Kerstin Gerdes has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kerstin worked at Motherson Innovations as a Senior Program Manager and Open Innovation Manager since April 2021, and previously as a Senior Project Manager from August 2017 to April 2021. Before that, they were a Customer Program Manager and Senior Project Manager at SMP Automotive Global from August 2016 to July 2017 and from September 2015 to July 2016, respectively. From August 2012 to March 2015, Kerstin worked as a Program Manager at SOGEFI Engine Systems USA. Prior to that, they held the position of Department Manager Project Management at ipma GmbH from 2003 to 2012. Kerstin started their career as a Senior Engineer at Gepros GmbH Germany from October 2000 to February 2003.

Kerstin Gerdes completed their education at Fachhochschule Hannover from 1993 to 1999, where they obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
