Nandesu D. has a diverse work experience in various finance and accounting roles. They started their career as an Accountant at Ramesh Publishing House, where they were responsible for maintaining books of accounts and processing invoices. They then worked as an Accounts Executive at Comet Conversion Services India Pvt Ltd, handling invoicing, payment follow-ups, and vendor account reconciliation. Nandesu then joined Inficare Technologies India Private Ltd as an Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts, where they focused on invoice preparation, payment management, and payroll processing. They later became the Manager of Finance and Accounts at ARK INFOSOLUTIONS PVT LTD, overseeing the preparation of financial statements, budget monitoring, and cost and revenue analysis. After that, Nandesu worked as an SAP FICO consultant at ARK Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd., configuring GL, AP, and AR based on business needs. Currently, they hold the role of Lead Analyst SAP at Motherson Technology Services, where they handle tickets related to GL, AP, AR, and AA, among other responsibilities.

Nandesu D. obtained a Diploma in Business Management from the INDIAN SCHOOL OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION in July 2009. They then went on to complete an MBA in Finance from the same institution, from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, Nandesu D. earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Commerce and Finance from the University of Calcutta, from 1999 to 2002.
