Rajesh Thakur has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Rajesh is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Motherson Technology Services since January 2020. Prior to that, they had a significant tenure at HCL Technologies Ltd, where they held the position of Head for India and Middle East Business from October 2017 to January 2020. Before that, Rajesh was the Head of India Business and Country Manager at HCL Technologies from April 2012 to September 2017. Rajesh also held the role of Head of India (Infrastructure Division) at HCL Technologies from January 2009 to July 2012. Rajesh's earlier professional experiences include positions at HCL Technologies ISD, HCL Comnet LTD, Essel Shyam Communication Limited, and DCM Data Systems & Others.
Rajesh Thakur pursued an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Cass Business School, from 2016 to 2018. Rajesh also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Pune University, completing it between 1988 and 1992.
