Sam Burgess is a culinary professional with extensive experience in various food-related roles. Currently serving as Founder and Creative Director at Food & Company, Sam specializes in recipe development and consulting for food brands. Additional positions include Business Development and Partnerships at Bootstrap Compost, Inc., and VP of Culinary & Outreach at Forge to Table Knives, where emphasis is placed on quality kitchen tools. Sam is also involved as a RATIONAL Certified Chef, Test & Demo Chef for RI Mushroom Company, Event Specialist for Kathy Casey Food Studios, and Food Writer for Motif Magazine. Volunteering efforts include delivering groceries for Mount Hope Community Center and serving on the board of Summit Neighborhood Association. Sam's educational background includes degrees in Culinary Arts and Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University.
