Dominik Biga

Dominik Biga is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Sourcing Team Leader and IT/Tech Recruitment Partner at MOTIFE since September 2020, where the focus is on helping software businesses scale by building engineering teams in Poland. Prior to this role, Dominik was a Talent Attraction Specialist at WilsonHCG from March 2018 to August 2020, where responsibilities included executing sourcing strategies, conducting internet searches, networking, maintaining client relationships, and managing administrative tasks. Dominik began the journey at WilsonHCG as a Talent Attraction Specialist Intern. Earlier experience includes serving as HR Manager at Into The East Association from August 2017 to October 2018, dedicated to connecting Polish students and employers with opportunities in Eastern markets. Dominik holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Modern Philology with a focus on Arabic Studies from Jagiellonian University.
