Tariq Mehmood Major

Tariq Mehmood (R) Major is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administration and security management. Currently serving as Manager Administration at Motifz since March 2019, Tariq oversees the routine operations of 800 factory and retail staff. Previously held the position of Senior Operations Manager at Askari Guards (Pvt) Limited, where responsibilities included managing security and administrative affairs for over 500 employees and providing security services to more than 150 clients across Lahore. Earlier roles included Manager Administration at Master Tiles & Ceramic Industries Ltd, handling a workforce of 1500, and Manager Administration at Wackenhut Pakistan, leading a team of 250 security personnel for the American Consulate in Lahore. Tariq's career began in the Pakistan Army, where a tenure as Major spanned from May 1986 to October 2009. Academically, Tariq holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of the Punjab and has completed high school education at Sarai Alamgir.
