Prasannan Keshavan

Prasannan Keshavan is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd since February 2025, previously held the same title at Axis Securities Limited from December 2022 to February 2025. Keshavan also has extensive experience at ICICI Securities, where from December 1999 to December 2022, a significant role as Head of Operations was held, contributing to the establishment of the icicidirect platform and leading a large team over two decades. Keshavan holds a Master's degree in Finance from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (1998-2001) and a degree in Commerce with a focus on Accountancy from Cosmopolitan College (1991-1996). Education was completed at SRWS High School, graduating in 1990.
