Suman Saha

Suman Saha is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources and business partnership roles. Currently serving as Associate Vice President and Zonal Head of HR for Wealth Management at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd since September 2025, Suman has previously held significant positions at Bandhan Bank from January 2020 to September 2025, advancing from HR Business Partner to AVP - Lead HR Business Partner. Earlier experience includes roles at Vedanta Resources Limited as HR Business Partner and Management Trainee, as well as a summer internship in HR at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Suman holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Institute Of Engineering and Management. High school education was completed at Nava Nalanda with a focus on Mathematics and Computer Science.
