Aden Gardner

Aden Gardner currently serves as the Director of Business Operations at Motili, where responsibilities include supporting operational scalability and strategic planning through project management and people development. Previously, Aden held the position of National Accounts Manager, focusing on providing asset analytics and repair services for HVAC and Hot Water systems to building owners nationwide. As the Founder of Gracepoint Consulting, LLC, Aden laid the groundwork for consulting services. Aden's experience extends to roles at Soligent, where responsibilities evolved from Director of Sales Operations and Support, ensuring customer success and sales support, to Manager of Sales Support, enhancing order fulfillment and customer retention. At Conergy, Aden managed sales operations and spearheaded teams involved in solar product distribution. Prior experience includes a tenure at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, advancing from Customer Service Representative to support for corporate fleet management. Aden earned a B.B.A. in International Business from James Madison University and has additional educational experience from Universidad de Salamanca.
