Courtney Crosta

Courtney Crosta has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Most recently, they worked as an Engagement Manager at Motimatic starting in September 2022. Prior to that, Courtney held several positions at UMass Global, including Academic Advisor III from January 2020 to September 2022, Senior Academic Advisor from January 2019 to January 2020, and Academic Advisor from November 2016 to January 2019. They also worked as a Barista at Peet's Coffee & Tea from October 2014 to July 2017. Furthermore, Courtney served as the Head Cross Country and Track Coach at Roseville Joint Union High School District from May 2015 to February 2017, where they were responsible for planning seasons, staff hiring, budget management, training athletes, and organizing events. Prior to that, they worked as a Student Manager at ASUCD CoHo South Cafe from August 2013 to October 2014, a Distance Coach at Davis Community Track and Field Club from June 2013 to July 2014, and a Public Relations Intern at Banter Media Management from March 2013 to December 2013. Additionally, Courtney worked as an Assistant Cross Country Coach at Davis Senior High School in August 2012.

Courtney Crosta pursued their education starting in 2010 at the University of California, Davis, where they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Communication, General. Later on, from 2017 to 2018, they attended Brandman University, earning a Master of Arts - MA degree in Organizational Leadership.
