Lynette Prag

Lynette Prag has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Director at Motion Applied since November 2024, following a brief tenure in the same role at Ballistic Moon. Previously, Lynette held the position of Head of HR at Motion Applied for nearly nine years, providing leadership to a team and managing the complete people lifecycle in a technology environment. Early career roles include HR Business Partner and HR Advisor at McLaren Applied and Allegis Group, respectively, where Lynette supported senior leadership and contributed to various HR functions. Lynette began the career as an HR Officer at ACS International Schools and as an HR Administrator at Thames Water/npower. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Kingston University and a BSc (Honours) in Sociology with Human Resource Management from the University of Bath.
