Pandu Wichaksono

Pandu Wichaksono has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Pandu is currently working as the Country HR Leader at Motion Asia Pacific since June 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Human Resources at PT. New Priok Container Terminal One (NPCT1) from October 2019 to May 2022.

Pandu's previous work experience includes roles at Tenaris, where they held several HR and industrial relations positions. Pandu served as the Industrial Relations Regional Senior Manager from September 2018 to September 2019, HR Regional Senior Manager from October 2015 to September 2018, HR Regional Coordinator from September 2012 to September 2015, and Compensation & Organization Coordinator from March 2010 to September 2012.

Before joining Tenaris, Pandu worked as an Associate at KPMG Hadibroto from February 2008 to March 2010. Pandu started their career as a Marketing Service Officer (Internal Audit) at PT Soho Industry Pharmacy from May 2007 to January 2008.

Pandu Wichaksono completed their Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies, at Universitas Tarumanagara in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan in 2007.
