Troy Baker

Troy Baker has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Troy started their career as a Security Venue Manager from 1996 to 2009, where they gained expertise in public relations, crowd, event, and venue management. Troy then joined CBC Australia Pty Ltd - Qld Div as the State Operations Manager in 1990, where they served until 2016. In this role, they assumed responsibilities in managing the operations of the company's Queensland division.

In 2016, Troy moved on to Motion Asia Pacific, where they held two positions. Troy began as the Regional Operations Manager in January 2016, where they oversaw the company's regional operations. Subsequently, they transitioned to the role of Branch Operations Specialist in February 2018. Within this position, they worked in a small team to convert, train, and provide ongoing support during the company's changeover to a new ERP system, involving over 80 branch and head office locations and more than 500 staff across multiple operating platforms.

Troy Baker completed the Accelerated Leadership Talent Program at AIM (Australia Institute of M) in 2014. In the same year, they also obtained a Diploma of Management in Business Management from Leadership Management Australia.
