Ankshika Punj, CTDP, has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as Manager of Learning at Motion since February 2019, following a role as Learning Specialist. Previous roles include Consultant at North American College of Information Technology and Curriculum Developer at Atlas Assistance Dogs. Ankshika also has a background in academia, having worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant at North Carolina A&T State University and as Regional Project Manager - HR at Pfeiffer University. Ankshika's educational qualifications include a PhD in Leadership Studies from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, an MSL in Organizational Leadership and Change Management from Pfeiffer University, an MA in Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Behaviour from Delhi University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Training and Development from ICFAI University, and a BA (Hons) in Psychology from Delhi University.
