Linda Norton

Director, Learning & Clinical Education at Motion

Linda Norton has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Linda has held various roles within different organizations. Linda's most recent position is as the Director of Learning & Clinical Education at Motion, which they started in September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager of Learning and Development at Motion from March 2016 to October 2021. Linda also has experience as a Faculty member at the University of Western Ontario, where they were involved in the Advanced Health Care Practice - Wound Healing master's program. Additionally, they served as a Faculty and Co-Course Director for the International Interprofessional Wound Care Course, offered in partnership with the University of Toronto. Linda has also held positions at Shoppers Home Health Care, where they worked as a Manager of Learning & Development and CEP Liaison from February 2004 to March 2016, and as a National Education Coordinator from June 2003 to February 2015. Linda also served as the Director of Interprofessional Team at the Canadian Association of Wound Care Institute from July 2011 to October 2014.

Linda Norton holds a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Occupational Science from Western University, a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Occupational Therapy/Therapist from the University of Toronto, and a Master's degree in Community Health from the University of Toronto.
