Karina Victorino

Karina Victorino is an accomplished Account Executive currently working at Motion (Creative Analytics) since January 2024. Previously, Karina held the position of Account Executive at Teamtailor from December 2022 to December 2023. As a Co-Founder at ERA from March 2020 to March 2022, Karina played a crucial role in establishing the company. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Sales & Partnerships at Mesura from March 2018 to March 2020, and in Sales & Marketing at ACASS from January 2016 to December 2017. Karina began a professional journey as a Project Coordinator at Reitmans Canada Ltée/Ltd from January 2014 to December 2015. Currently, Karina is pursuing a Master's degree in Business Innovation at GBSB Global Business School and has been working towards a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at Concordia University since 2011.
