Jason Monagas

Jason Monagas has extensive experience in the human resources field, with their most recent position being Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Operations at the Motion Picture Association of America since July 2019. Prior to this, they held the role of Vice President of Human Resources at the same company from September 2013 to June 2019. Before joining the Motion Picture Association of America, Jason held various positions including Director of Human Resources at Tides from August 2004 to May 2013, Senior Benefits Manager at Hilton Hotels & Resorts from 2002 to 2003, Human Resources at Calvin Klein from 2000 to 2002, Consultant at Aon Consulting from 1998 to 2000, and Underwriter at Prudential Healthcare from 1992 to 1998.

Jason Monagas holds a Master of Science degree in Organization Development from the USF School of Professional Studies. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University–New Brunswick. In December 2020, Jason obtained a certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for All from LinkedIn.
