Kenneth Mallory has extensive work experience in the legal and policy fields. Kenneth most recently worked at the Motion Picture Association as Vice President, Media Policy and Regulatory Counsel, where they represented major film and content creation companies globally. Kenneth provided policy and legal analysis on various media policy issues and led regulatory advocacy efforts. Prior to that, they held various roles at Meta, including US Public Policy and Head of Public Policy for different regions. Kenneth also worked at the Federal Communications Commission as an Attorney Advisor, focusing on cybersecurity and communications reliability. Kenneth has also worked in legislative affairs at NARUC and as an Assistant People's Counsel/Attorney Advisor at the Office of the People's Counsel for the District of Columbia. Additionally, they have experience in media and telecom regulatory/policy matters at the Multicultural Media, Telecom and Internet Council. Kenneth's earlier career includes work as an Associate Attorney at Sedgwick LLP and as a Law Clerk at Nicor Gas. Kenneth has also worked as a Print/Multimedia Journalist for various publications.

Kenneth Mallory obtained their J.D. degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law between 2006 and 2009. Prior to that, they pursued a bachelor's degree in Health Policy at the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 2000 to 2003, graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors.
