Rebeca Freitas-Wolfe has a diverse work experience in the film and advertising industry. Rebeca began their career as a Production Assistant at mOcean/Craig Murray Productions, where they were responsible for quality control of marketing spots and digitizing content. Rebeca later worked on the documentary film "Dirt to Glory" as an Assistant Editor, where they digitized and organized footage and provided assistance to the producer/director. Rebeca also gained experience as a Post-Production Intern at Tumbleweed Entertainment, where they digitized footage and edited sizzle reels.

In 2007, Rebeca became a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Denver, assisting in video production and editing instruction and grading assignments. Rebeca then joined Balcony Films as a Production Assistant, where they filmed footage at the Democratic National Convention in Denver and supported the production manager.

Rebeca's most recent role is at the Motion Picture Association, where they have held various positions since 2011. Rebeca started as an Advertising Department Assistant, providing executive support and managing accreditation tasks. Rebeca then progressed to roles such as Advertising Coordinator, Senior Advertising Specialist, and Advertising Manager, where they reviewed advertising campaigns, consulted with studios, mentored colleagues, and contributed to departmental reviews. Currently, they hold the position of Advertising Director, leveraging their expertise and experience in advertising content and consumer placements.

Throughout their career, Rebeca has shown a strong understanding of the film and advertising industry, with hands-on experience in various aspects of production, post-production, and advertising campaign management.

Rebeca Freitas-Wolfe completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Film and Media Arts at American University from 2002 to 2006. Rebeca then pursued further education in Mass Communication with a video emphasis at the University of Denver from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, in 2005, they studied producing, directing, and screenwriting at FAMU (Film and T.V. School of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague).

Rebeca Freitas-Wolfe has also obtained several certifications. In April 2021, they completed the "Avoiding Burnout" certification from LinkedIn. In January 2021, they completed the "Communicating Across Cultures" certification, also from LinkedIn. Finally, in December 2020, they obtained the "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" certification, also from LinkedIn.
