Jun Umeda

Jun Umeda is a skilled dialogue editor with extensive experience in the audio production field. Currently working at the Motion Picture Editors Guild since May 2022, Umeda specializes in editing dialogue. Prior to this role, Umeda was a dialogue editor at DreamWorks Animation, contributing to unannounced preschool projects for Netflix and Apple TV. Umeda's career began at Bang Zoom! Studios, where multiple roles included mix technician, dialogue editor, recording engineer, and studio technician, showcasing a diverse skill set in audio organization and production. Umeda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Recording Arts from Loyola Marymount University, earned between 2006 and 2010.
