Linsey Giles

Linsey Giles has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent position was as Chief Technology Officer at Motion Picture Solutions, where they were responsible for defining and owning the technology strategy, ensuring security for the business and technology, managing IT helpdesk, overseeing development teams, and migrating services to AWS. Prior to that, they held the role of VP of Technology at the same company.

Before joining Motion Picture Solutions, Linsey served as the VP of Engineering at Peak Brain Training and held the position of Chief Technology Officer (Strategy and Innovation) at RBS. In these roles, they focused on stabilizing innovation projects and providing leadership and technical direction.

Linsey also gained extensive experience at Kobalt Music, where they served as the Senior VP of Technology, overseeing half of the technology teams and leading restructuring efforts to align teams with business units and products. Linsey also worked at Hotels.com as a Manager of Software Development, responsible for the direction and delivery of multiple teams building tools and data solutions for hotels.

In earlier stages of their career, Linsey held positions such as Development Manager at Aimia Inc, Principal Consultant at Detica, Principal Developer at Giles Independent Trading Ltd, Principal Developer at Alterian, and Senior Design Engineer at Serco.

Throughout their career, Linsey has demonstrated strong leadership and technical skills, successfully driving projects and teams towards achieving business goals.

Linsey Giles obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Portsmouth, completing their studies between 1991 and 1995.
