Leo Tonaki is an experienced staffing solutions professional with a strong background in technical recruitment and team management. Currently serving as Team Manager at Motion Recruitment since October 2020, Leo leads a team focused on placing engineers skilled in Golang, Rust, Python, and Ruby within the Greater Washington D.C. area. Prior to this role, Leo was Team Lead at Jobspring Partners, specializing in recruiting software engineers with expertise in JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Golang, and Native Mobile technologies.
