Matt Najera

Matthias Najera is a seasoned professional in the recruitment industry, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Client Services at Motion Recruitment Partners since February 2000. In this role, Matthias oversees high-performance IT recruitment across nine markets in the United States through the company's subsidiaries, Jobspring Partners and Workbridge Associates.
