Penelope Arnold

Penelope Arnold is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as Manager of Global Talent Services at Motion Recruitment since October 2019. Penelope has held various roles within the company, including Team Lead for Enterprise Talent Services and Senior Talent Recruiter, contributing to Motion Recruitment's mission to transform talent acquisition for employers. Prior experience includes working at Nekter Juice Bar, where skills in customer service and efficiency under pressure were honed at a high-volume location. Penelope holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Art History and completed a Full Stack Web Development Bootcamp from the University of Denver. Additionally, Penelope participated in a study abroad program at Bangor University.
