With a commitment to delivering exceptional talent solutions, Shelby has previously held positions as a Principal Technical Recruiter and Senior Technical Recruiter at Motion Recruitment, where expertise in IT staffing and consulting was developed. Prior experience includes roles as a Technical Recruiter and Account Coordinator at MATRIX Resources, as well as a Child Development Specialist at Collage Day School. Shelby's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies, with minors in Psychology and Disability Studies, from Virginia Tech.
