André Porto serves as the Head of Innovation and Corporate Venture at Wilson Sons since December 2020 and advises Motion Ventures while mentoring fundraising efforts at Hotmilk - Ecossistema de Inovação PUCPR. Porto co-founded Platta Investimentos, focusing on startup scouting and screening, and previously held financial management roles at Fomento Paraná, overseeing investments and financial operations. Additional experience includes market intelligence coordination and new business development within Wilson Sons and Brasco Logística Offshore, along with consultancy in market intelligence at Cortex Intelligence. Porto holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance from Ibmec and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Universidade Federal do Paraná.
