Shanker Pillai

Shanker Pillai is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in innovation, digital transformation, and strategic consulting. Currently serving as the Chief Innovation Officer at Flagship Founders and as the Founder of Studio 30 50, Pillai also holds advisory roles at Motion Ventures and previously led the Innovation & Change department at Hafnia, focusing on open innovation, sustainability, and cultural change. Pillai is the Founder of the Maritime Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Lab and has experience as a Venture Architect at SeaCode and a Senior Consultant at BTS, where leadership in innovation strategy was a key focus. Academic credentials include an M.B.A. from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kannur University.
