Principal Engineer, Team Lead - Autonomy Integration at Motional

Andrew Dykman has a diverse work experience in various industries. Andrew started their career at Hillcrest Labs as a Software Intern, where they developed a software test-bench for sensor integration and action detection.

Andrew then worked at Splunk as a Sales Engineering Intern, leading a team in creating customer-ready demos. At Bloomberg LP, they were a Deep Learning Intern, training a tool to extract data from images and creating a web application for data processing.

Andrew also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the JHU Center for Leadership Education, where they helped engineering students improve their writing skills. Andrew collaborated with Johns Hopkins University's Center for Language and Speech Processing and Mind-Brain Institute as a Collaborator/Researcher, working on neuromorphic computing and visual plasticity models.
