Melissa Fox

Melissa Fox is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources management. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of HR at Motional since July 2020, Melissa previously held positions as Senior HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner at Eze Software Group from November 2016 to July 2020. Earlier roles include Global Compensation Analyst and HRIS/HCM System Implementation Business Readiness & Training at EMC, and Associate Compensation Analyst. Melissa's career began at Bucknell University, where involvement included President of Activities and Campus Events and various managerial roles. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Bucknell University, earned in May 2015.
