Shawn Eddy

Shawn Eddy has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Shawn is currently working as the Lead Data Scientist at MotionCX since November 2021. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Software Engineering at JadeTrack from August 2015 to November 2021. Shawn also worked as a Distinguished Engineer at inContact from May 2014 to August 2015. Additionally, Shawn held the position of Director of Software Engineering at CallCopy Inc. from May 2007 to July 2014.

Shawn Eddy obtained a Master's of Science degree in Data Analytics from Western Governors University in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Franklin University between the years 1998 and 2003. Shawn also holds additional certifications in SAS, including the SAS Certified Statistical Business Analyst Using SAS 9: Regression and Modeling and the SAS Certified Specialist: Base Programming Using SAS 9.4.
