Vanessa Lopez has a diverse work experience in customer success, account management, and marketing roles. Vanessa is currently the Sr. Director of Customer Success at MotionPoint, where they lead and oversees the customer success team and project management team. Vanessa'sresponsibilities include driving customer adoption, engagement, and growth, managing customer relationships, defining customer success metrics, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Prior to their role at MotionPoint, Vanessa held the position of Director of Account Management at the same company. In this role, they collaborated with various teams to develop customer engagement and communication strategies, worked closely with cross-functional teams, and identified growth opportunities within their portfolio.

Vanessa also served as the Sr. Director of Customer Success at Red Spot Interactive, where they provided expert-level leadership and direction to a team of customer account/success managers. Vanessa revamped the onboarding process to increase software adoption and nurtured senior-level relationships within the customer base. Additionally, they held the positions of Director of Client Services and Senior Account Manager/Team Lead at Red Spot Interactive.
