Chad Capelle

Chad Capelle has extensive experience in product development and merchandising, currently serving as New Product Development Manager and Global Sourcing Manager at MOTIS Brands since October 2019. Prior to this role, Chad held several positions at National Business Furniture from August 2012 to October 2019, including Senior Merchandiser, Catalog/Web Merchandiser, and Sales Team Lead, where responsibilities included creating quotes for furniture based on customer needs. Chad also worked as a Dispatcher at Brown Deer Police Department from May 2009 to November 2011, handling emergency calls, and served as a Corporate Trainer and Claims and Eligibility Adjustment Specialist at Guardian Life from January 2000 to November 2006, training employees on essential systems and processes. Chad holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and an Associate's Degree in Computer Information Systems – Network Specialist from Fox Valley Technical College.
